Victoria joined WorkSitter after wanting to explore a path beyond graphic design and hearing from a friend about the supportive team and healthy work environment. Prior to this, she worked at an advertising agency. Today, she serves as a WorkSitter, supporting clients with empathy tailored to their unique situations while helping them stay organized and move through moments of frustration. She also brings over ten years of design experience to her role.

She is passionate about music, film, and exploring topics that spark her curiosity. Victoria comes from a close family in Venezuela and deeply values staying connected to them. Working remotely allows her the flexibility to visit more often.
