Valeria joined WorkSitter in 2022 after navigating several demanding jobs while adapting to life in a new country. What began as an unfamiliar remote opportunity quickly became a meaningful professional shift. Today, she serves as a WorkSitter and Pod Leader, supporting both visionaries and fellow WorkSitters. She enjoys refining processes, improving workflows, and exploring automation and AI to make work more efficient and intentional.

She is deeply creative and loves languages, currently learning Portuguese. Passionate about AI, music, and hands-on creative work, she also plays guitar and piano. Originally from Venezuela and the youngest of four sisters, Valeria now lives abroad with her husband and cat, embracing a new chapter of life and growth.
