Sophia joined WorkSitter, introduced by a friend at a time when she was looking for better work-life balance and the chance to collaborate with like-minded people. Prior to this, she worked as a social media analyst for various brands. Today, she's a Social Media and Content Specialist, bringing a background in film and digital marketing with a specialty in content strategy, influencer campaigns, and visual production. She also handles administrative and coordination work, organizing timelines and coordinating with teams to keep projects running smoothly from planning to execution. She's best known for bridging creative storytelling with data analysis, building campaigns that are visually engaging while still driving measurable results — and for being hard-working, friendly, and funny.

Outside of work, Sophia is passionate about movies and exploring creative spaces, drawn to visual storytelling, aesthetics, and how art can evoke emotion and connect people, a thread that runs through both her personal and professional life. Originally from Venezuela, she's currently based in Chile.
