Sofia came to WorkSitter through a recommendation from a friend and teammate, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of role she was looking for. Before joining, she worked as a Major Incident Manager at TCS, a background that gave her a strong foundation in staying calm, responsive, and solutions-focused under pressure. She now serves as a VA and WorkSitter, bringing enthusiasm, kindness, and a genuinely positive presence to everything she does.

Her faith is central to who she is, and she tries to reflect that through the care and intention she puts into her work. She is passionate about studying her beliefs and loving her family well, and those values show up in how she shows up for the people around her.
