Sofía joined WorkSitter drawn by its human-centered, empathetic approach to supporting ADHD entrepreneurs. Coming from a background in marketing agencies, she now serves as a WorkSitter, bringing sharp attention to detail and a genuinely empathetic way of working with people. She is a good listener by nature, something that quietly shapes everything she does and makes her someone clients and teammates can rely on.

She finds deep joy in music and art, and is particularly fascinated by the effort and intention behind creative work. This year she is learning to draw, with hopes of improving a lot along the way. Outside of work, she cannot function without music, has strong opinions about pasta, and finds her greatest happiness spending time with her siblings, whether drawing with her sister, playing video games, or simply being together.
