Oriana joined WorkSitter because she truly loves helping others feel aligned with their purpose; she believes supporting Visionaries and their projects is a powerful way to create impact. Before this, she built a background in both clinical psychology and human resources, gaining experience working closely with people and understanding their needs. Today, she serves as a WorkSitter, offering administrative support and stepping in wherever needed to keep things moving smoothly. She brings strong people skills, active listening, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, along with warmth and empathy in everything she does.

She is especially passionate about educational environments, particularly those related to children and teenagers, and contributing to their development and well-being.

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Bogotá, Oriana is an only child who lives with her tuxedo cat; she's a lifelong animal lover who once had a guinea pig as a pet and who feels strongly about causes that protect and defend animals.
