Michelle joined WorkSitter after being referred by a friend. Prior to this, she worked as an interpreter and virtual assistant for a dermatology clinic. Today, she serves as a WorkSitter and virtual assistant, bringing a creative approach to problem solving, an empathetic perspective, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in different situations. Her curiosity helps her navigate new challenges with flexibility and care.

She is passionate about learning and makes it a priority to explore something new each day. Michelle is also deeply drawn to human expression through art in all its forms. Raised by a Peruvian mother and Cuban father who immigrated to Venezuela, she grew up in a multicultural home and now lives in Lima, where she focuses on her education, personal projects, and time with her senior dog, Lily.
