Maru joined WorkSitter drawn to its personalized support for neurodivergent people and the belief that being different does not mean being broken. Prior to this, she worked as an account manager for executive roles, with a background rooted in customer experience and support. Today, she serves as a WorkSitter, bringing empathy, lived understanding of neurodivergency, and a steady, positive approach to challenges.

She is passionate about women’s equality and LGBTQ+ rights. Maru describes herself as resilient and optimistic, values her close relationship with her two sisters, and enjoys traveling, crafts, and sharing life with her dog, Caraluna.
