Kimberly joined WorkSitter in February 2023, coming from a background in English teaching that sharpened her ability to read people, ask the right questions, and meet others where they are. She now serves as a WorkSitter Ambassador and VA, bringing active listening, deep empathy, and a genuinely fun presence to every collaboration while always getting the job done.

Her passion for understanding how the mind works runs through everything she does, and it shows up in her work as an Ontological Coach and Tarot Reader through her personal project, El Altar. Originally from Venezuela and now based in Argentina, Kimberly is the proud middle child of three, driven by a deep love of family, philosophy, psychology, and long rides on her bike.
