Fred joined WorkSitter after being introduced to the founder by his best friend and connecting deeply with the organization’s vision and values. He’s an Architect, and prior to this, he worked on cruise ships. Today, he serves as the Leader of the Leadership Circle, bringing leadership, guidance, active listening, assertive communication, and creative problem solving to support both the team and the broader community.

He is passionate about photography, design, swimming, and helping others grow. Though he may appear serious at first, Fred is outgoing and enjoys bringing warmth to his work. He shares his life with his husband and their dog, Hades.
