Emily joined WorkSitter drawn by its vision and by the chance to support others navigating the same challenges she once faced. Before joining, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, and she brings that same range to her role as a WorkSitter and VA, covering everything from social media and graphic creation to SOP development, time management, and administrative support.

She is known among her colleagues as the "SOP Queen," a title her boss gave her for her talent in taking complex, unstructured content and turning it into something clear and actionable. Helping people improve and shine is what genuinely drives her, and it shows in how she approaches every task. Originally from Venezuela and living in Argentina since 2017, Emily has built a full life here, with a growing book collection, a deep love of music rooted in her years playing cello in an orchestra, and a chosen family she holds just as close as the one back home.
