Dharma came to WorkSitter drawn by the flexibility it offered, and it proved to be the right fit. Before joining, she was balancing corporate work with a master's degree, a combination that built her eye for detail, her organizational instincts, and her love of continuous growth. She now works full time embedded with one of her memberships while also supporting two visionaries with automations, billing, and landing pages.

What she brings to every role is a proactive, people-first approach grounded in genuine curiosity. She is passionate about growing in every direction, whether that means technical skills, languages, sports, or emotional intelligence, and she actively seeks out feedback as part of that process. Raised in the Andes and driven by a desire to see the world, Dharma left Peru to study abroad and never really stopped exploring. She fills her personal life with singing, theater, and beach days, despite the fact that she does not know how to swim.
