Dhanna joined WorkSitter, recommended by friends who had already been working here for years. Before this, she worked at an immigration law firm as a Community Manager and Social Media Manager. She's a graphic designer, and over the years has specialized in social media management, video editing, and community management. She's known for her patience and her ability to adapt quickly to each client's needs, delivering exactly what they're looking for.

She's a deeply visual person, always watching and analyzing content to find ways to improve her design work. This curiosity shows up in her love of traveling, crafts, and immersing herself in movies and series.

Outside of WorkSitter, she volunteers as a Community Manager for an NGO focused on encouraging younger generations and companies alike to think long-term about the future.

Originally from Venezuela and now based in Valencia, Spain, Dhanna comes from a small family (raised mainly by her mom and grandmother), which taught her that family isn't only who you're born into, but also the people you meet along the way. As an immigrant, she's learned you can build a sense of family wherever you land, without needing to live in the same place to feel close to someone.
