What is it?

StudySitter is a weekly 1:1 session where we review your student's assignments, grades, and calendar, then use the rest of the hour to actually get work done together on what's due.


It includes a personalized study tracker plus up to 5 reminder texts a week to help keep them on track between sessions.

Who is it for?

 Students who have the ability but get stuck in execution, missed deadlines, disorganization, ADHD, or just too much on their plate with no one helping them sort it out.

What happens in a StudySitter Session?

  • 1. Check every platform where assignments live

    Google Classroom, Canvas, ClassDojo, teacher emails, apps — wherever something could be posted. We open them one by one so nothing slips through the cracks between platforms.

  • 2. Check grades and flag anything slipping

    A quick scan of the gradebook to spot anything trending down or missing. No judgment here — just information we can act on.

  • 3. Check teacher messages, if there are any

    We read through any notes or emails from teachers and flag anything that needs a reply or action this week.

  • 4. Check what might have been missed

    We look back at recent dates for anything late or unturned-in, so it gets caught now instead of snowballing later.

  • 5. Check the calendar for what's coming

    Tests, projects, due dates — anything on the horizon gets pulled onto our radar before it becomes a surprise.

  • 6. Build a clear plan for the week ahead

    Everything we just found gets turned into one simple, prioritized plan — what matters most, in what order, with no overwhelm.

  • 7. Use the rest of the hour to actually get the most urgent work done — together

    This is where the real work happens: we sit down and knock out the most pressing task right then, side by side.
