Is this just a Virtual Assistant agency?

Nope! We are not your average VA company, not at all!

We pride ourselves on providing support that works. Our magic formula consists of WorkSitter sessions wherein we help you get your "procastinatables" (the things you procrastinate but can not delegate yet) done by identifying them, documenting them, setting a time limit, and doing them. This helps you to get stuff done and naturally opens the door for you to see what you can delegate, or partially delegate.

We then couple that with assistant time to get work off your plate. This is our model, we believe in it and we are committed to it!

Will this be the solution to all my problems?

Quite possibly! Well, no. But we can try! We aim to support exactly who and how you are, as is. We will get a lot of work done with you and possibly for you (if you need VA help too). And we always keep in mind:

Can I record the sessions?

Yes, if you would like to use your Zoom, you can record the session and then (wink wink) use that as a base for your process to be recorded.

Can I book recurring meetings?

Yes, that’s how we have memberships set up so that you don’t have to play the calendar game and to that you can come to rely on yourself to get everything done systematically.

What if I have to cancel?

Because showing up for WorkSitter IS showing up for yourself (that is, literally, the secret sauce) you can cancel, but you don’t get your money back unless you cancel ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE.

There is another human being showing up for your appointment and notice is appreciated even if it’s under one week!

If I need more help, can my WorkSitter be my VA?

Funny you ask! Yes, we found that is a natural outcome of WorkSitter Sessions.

You, the Visionary, as you talk through what you are doing, your WorkSitter is listening, and you can purchase VA hours and ask them to complete the work!

Do you offer accountability?

Yes, indeed.

What is the guiding principle here?

Companion. We are here to companion you as you work (we are fully present and provide a safe space for you to get help being productive) and to focus train you!

Can you help with setting up and establishing processes?

We have process experts on hand and a system to collect what you do, organize it, document it and get it to your team!

Can my WorkSitter offer group WorkSitter sessions for my community?

Now there’s an interesting idea… YES, we can white-label our services so that you can serve your clients/members/students at a much higher level!

We can host group WorkSitter Sessions for your members. This would look like a recurring weekly session where your members join Zoom, set their top 4 priorities (on a joint spreadsheet), then spend 12 minutes on up to 4 tasks, and we will keep time and announce it.

They can focus on just one thing the whole time if they'd like! In the 1 hour, they will have 5 minutes to set priorities and tasks, 50 minutes to focus, and 3 minutes to set accountability for themselves.
